SC Ready - Information for Parents
The South Carolina College-and Career-Ready Assessments (SC READY) are statewide assessments. Here are the testing dates for Polo Road Elementary students in Grades 3-5.
- SC Ready ELA Session 1 - Tuesday, May 7, 2024
- SC Ready ELA Session 2 - Wednesday, May 8, 2024
- SC Ready Math - Tuesday, May 14, 2024
- SC Ready Science - Wednesday, May 15, 2024 (4th Grade)
- SC Ready Field Test - Thursday, May 16, 2024
Participation in SC Ready is mandatory for all students in grades 3 through 5. We appreciate your efforts to ensure your student arrives on time and ready to learn. Testing will commence promptly each morning at the start of the day. Students who arrive after the tardy bell at 7:50 AM will be supervised in a separate area to prevent disruption to the test and will need to make up the test later.
SC Ready testing will be conducted online this year. We thank you for understanding and cooperation in refraining from scheduling appointments during these important testing dates.
